PHF STIFF EFFECT BALM: DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Apply the product evenly throughout the hair. Comb the hair in all directions, applying light pressure with the comb, massaging each strand with your fingertips to facilitate the action of the product. Leave on for about 5 minutes. Rinse well, comb the hair, pat dry with a towel and then dry.
