Lolita Lempicka Au Masculine

I ordered this cologne for my friend and I contacted Parfumerie Eternelle the next day to confirm this was the cologne I purschased and wanted; in detail. It was confirmed that it was! Unfortunately it was not!!! I received the item and was a bit upset. It was not what I wanted and it appeared to be an open box/tester item. That being said, When I contacted PE they were very quick to respond and get back to me to make things right and even called me. They offered a coupon for, if I shalt, decide to make another order and also sent me an email to return the item and get a full refund. They asked me if I liked the scent and I did but it was not what my friend was looking for. In the end, I ended up keeping the cologne for myself bc I liked it :) As for the whole shopping, placing and order and them getting back to me with my concerns, I would give a 3.5/5 star.
